Spring Honey in comb ready in JULY

This 4x3 inch piece of raw comb honey will be harvested hopefully by late June 2026.  Capturing the very first flow of the season. Light in colour and delicately floral, this honey reflects fresh spring forage with a subtle hint of warm cinnamon if we are lucky enough to have taken this from one of the cinnamon hives. I will inform the buyer of the flavour upon packaging. I have no way of knowing until I harvest it!

This honey is completely intact in it's encased comb, it has never been filtered or extracted. The result is a pure, textural experience - soft wax cells bursting with fresh honey when you bite down. You don't eat the wax (you can if you like) but usually it ends up feeling like a wad of used bubblegum and that's when you throw it out. 

Enjoy it spread on warm bread, paired with aged cheese, or eaten straight from the comb for a true taste of spring. 

This honey is EXTREMELY RARE because the bees have to be in the mood to build on the soft thin wax I use as a base, and want to build a whole new scaffolding. It will sell out very fast. I will announce when it is released.
